Futsal Competition Registration

Peninsula Futsal offers both Individual and Team Registrations for all our futsal competitions!

For Team Nominations, please begin at Step 1.

For Individual Nominations, please begin at Step 4.

Peninsula Futsal Club charges players a single $250 fee per season. This covers everything, from your registration, game fees, referee fees and as an added bonus Semi-Finals and Grand-Finals are free.

STEP 1: Team Requirements

Teams are required to have a minimum of 7 players and are recommended to have 10 players. Should your team have issues finding 7 players please contact us and we will help find you additional players.

Each team must have a team uniform, this may be your football club uniform, that is the same for all players and has a unique number for each player. This season the club will not be supplying bibs to every team therefore making uniforms a vital requirement. Peninsula Futsal Club shall advertise discounted deals with some uniform manufacturers via our Website and Facebook page in the upcoming weeks.

Each team must also have a nominated coach or manager to whom team information shall be forwarded to. Competition wide information will be published via the Website and Facebook page.

Finally we are looking for the best team name in the club, so please be creative.


Team manager to download and complete the TEAM NOMINATION FORM and email form back to secretary@peninsulafutsal.com.au  Only forms with fully completed player contact details and email addresses will be accepted. Email form back in original word format, please don’t convert to PDF.  Team nominations ARE NOW OPEN
Nominations will close as soon as all team spots in each age group are filled.
